History of the building

The building is 155 years old and is one of the oldest in London. It has been used as an event space for weddings and other occasions. The brickwork and detailing is beautiful and the mahogany staples crossing the spaces give it a feeling of history. It is an ideal place for weddings due to its age and architecture.

The spaces available for hire at this venue are perfect for a variety of events. Studio 1 is a 2300 sq studio space that can welcome 154 seated guests for dining or to witness your marriage ceremony. With a large cinematic projection wall your speeches and lunch can be complimented by a backdrop of wonderful visuals. Studio 1 has generous kitchen space, gentle daylight from both east and west aspects and full disabled access. Also 63 amp single phase power and 100mb wi-fi available. This space has a stylish industrial chic vibe with mid-century furniture which can be removed at your request.

Studio 2 is an 1800 Sq Foot of open space plus a small hidden servery, It will accommodate up to 180 standing guests or 90 for seated dining. This east facing photographic studio space benefits from ambient daylight, and offers full disabled access and drive in access. A stylish industrial chic vibe with mid-century furniture which can be removed at your request.

Studio 3 is the original MOTEL studio! 2100 sq ft of space as well as separate grooming, styling and kitchen areas. Guests have access to 32 amp 3 phase power and our 100mb internet access
